Get Ready for Spring Training

Our 2025 Spring Football Clinics are here! These sessions provide young athletes with a great opportunity to develop skills, build confidence, and have fun with their teammates before the season officially begins.
  • Open to all skill levels - no prior experience needed
  • Led by experienced coaches focused on skill-building and teamwork
  • Designed for fun and development in a supportive environment

Clinics will run for 5-weeks on Sundays this spring. Players can register for individual sessions or sign up for all five weeks at a discounted rate.

Participants can sign up for a one-day clinic up until the day before each session.

2025 Football Sping Clinic

The MHVA Spring Football Clinic is designed to help young athletes develop their football skills, improve conditioning, and build confidence in a structured and supportive environment. This five-week program features two-hour Sunday clinics from May 4 to June 8, running 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM each week (no clinic on Mother's Day). Players can attend for $10 per day or register for all five weeks for $40.

What to expect:

  • Fundamental Skill Development: Drills focused on agility, footwork, passing, catching, blocking, and tackling techniques (non-contact).
  • Position-Specific Training: Instruction tailored for different positions on the field.
  • Game Strategy and Awareness: Learn football concepts, formations, and play execution.
  • Speed and Conditioning: Improve endurance, speed, and overall athletic performance.
  • Teamwork and Leadership: Players will participate in skill challenges and group activities designed to build confidence and camaraderie.


Who Should Join?

  • New players looking to learn the fundamentals before the fall season.
  • Returning athletes who want to refine their skills and stay active in the offseason.
  • Anyone interested in trying football in a no-contact, clinic-style setting.
