Who Can Participate?

• 8U, 9U, 10U, 11U, 12U, and 13U
• Players must meet age requirements before July 1, 2025

Pre-Season Workouts & Practices:

• A week-long combined league workout and drills to kick off the season.
• Teams will be formed, and practices will run Monday-Thursday, 5:30-7:30 PM throughout August (schedule subject to change based on coach decisions).

Regular Season:

• Games begin the first week of September.
• Practices transition to two days per week during the school week and Saturdays (subject to coach adjustments), with games on Sundays .

What to Expect:

• Fundamental Skill Development: Drills focused on agility, footwork, tackling, blocking, passing, and catching.
• Position-Specific Training: Coaches will work with players to develop their skills based on offensive and defensive positions.
• Game Strategy and Awareness: Players will learn formations, play execution, and football IQ concepts.
• Speed and Conditioning: Strength and agility training to enhance performance and prevent injuries.
• Teamwork and Leadership: Focus on communication, collaboration, and building a strong team culture.

Registration & Equipment:

• Registration opens March 1, 2025 and closes June 1, 2025.
• Players must provide their own cleats and mouthguard. Additional equipment details will be provided upon registration.
